Ms. Adelson, founding partner at Adelson Law in Fort Lauderdale, is a graduate of Hofstra University School of Law and University of Michigan. She practiced in New York prior to making Florida her home, and in addition to her appearances on FOX News, she is an in-demand speaker as well as a widely published authority on legal employment matters, with articles appearing in publications such as Next in Practitioner Insights, The Fox Business Insider, and The Miami Herald. In addition to her television appearances, Ms. Adelson has also been on WIOD Radio, Miami.
Ms. Adelson is a Florida Certified Civil Circuit Court Mediator for all areas of litigation, including labor and employment law, and general commercial and civil litigation. Ms. Adelson also serves as a neutral investigator for workplace disputes and mediates internal disputes for companies. Ms. Adelson is also frequently engaged by companies to offer training for both employees and management.
Ms. Adelson serves on the Executive Council of the Alternate Dispute Resolution Section of the Florida Bar, and is a member of Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM), the Human Resources Association of Broward County (HRABC), North American Transportation Relations Association (NATERA), the Federal Bar Association, Labor and Employment Section, and the Broward County Bar Association, Labor and Employment Section and the Bench-Bar Committee.
Ms. Adelson volunteers for the Jewish Federation of Broward County, and is a member of the Board of Directors, and co-chairperson of the Women’s Executive Council.
